摘要
分析了国有企业人力资源开发中存在的问题 ,提出了加强人力资源开发与管理的有效措施 ,指出了国有企业在人力资源开发与管理中应注意的问题。
This paper analyzes existing problems of development and management of the stated-own enterprises' human resource, puts forward the measures to strengthen development and management of human resources, points out the problems needing attention in the development and management of the stated-own enterprises' human resource.
