摘要
非静电场这一概念,在电磁学里指对实验室参照系存在变化的磁场激发的感生电场而言。本文试图引入相对于磁场变化的空间概念,在此空间内存在着非静电场,并能对放入场中的电荷施以非静电力。对非静电场的激发、非静电场的描述、非静电场的规律,提出几点肤浅的看法,并以简单的例子加以说明。
The concept of non-electrostatic field refers to the induced electric field stimulated by the changing magnetic field of reference system in a lab in electromagnetics.The paper tries to use the space concept which is relatively similar to the change of magnetic field, in which exists a non-electrostatic field which is able to exert non-electrostatic force upon charges sent out into the field.A few humble viewpoints have been put forward upon the stimulation,thedescription and the regulations of non-electrostatic field with the illustration of simple examples。
