阐述了湖南水稻生产的区位、规模、科技和产业开发优势 ;分析了湖南水稻生产的劣势 ,包括成本偏高、效益滑坡、经营规模小、品质效益差和投入不足 ;提出了增加投入、提升水稻竞争力、深化流通体制改革等对策。
