摘要 目的 :观察颈椎前路经椎间隙减压Syncage椎体间融合的稳定性及融合效果。方法 :采用颈前路经椎间隙减压Syncage椎体间融合术治疗颈椎病及颈椎间盘突出症 1 7例 ,术后定期摄颈椎X线片检查 ,观察手术椎节的稳定性和融合情况。结果 :随访 6~ 1 2个月 ,术后次日即下床活动 ,手术节段稳定 ,术后 3~ 4个月融合 ,椎间高度恢复满意。结论 :Syncage颈椎椎体间固定融合技术使施术椎节立即稳定 ,重建椎间高度 ,适用于颈椎前路经椎间隙减压后椎体间融合。 Objective: To observe the stability and the fusi on rate of the cervical interbody fusion with Syncage after anterior decompressi on through disc space. Methods: Seventeen patients with cervical spondylosis or disc herniation were stabilized with Syncage technique after anterior decompres sion. X-ray films were taken after operation to observe the stability and fusio n rate of the segments. Results: The patients were allowed to mobilize next day after operation and followed up 6~12 months. The operated segments were stable and height of disc space was reconstructed satisfactorily. Solid fusion was obse rved in 3~4 months after operation. Conclusion: The immediate stability of the operated segments can be obtained and disc height was reconstructed by Syncage i mplantation. The Syncage technique may be used for cervical interbody fusion aft er anterior decompression through the disc space.
