摘要
目的 :动态观察大鼠颈部动静力失去平衡后颈椎间盘细胞凋亡的改变。方法 :建立动静力失衡性颈椎间盘退变模型 ,透射电镜、TUNEL法、流式细胞仪PI法检测造模 3、5、7月后椎间盘细胞凋亡程度。结果 :退变椎间盘内有典型凋亡的细胞 ,以软骨细胞为主。与对照组比较 ,各个模型组软骨细胞凋亡指数明显升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;模型组间比较 ,5月、7月较 3月细胞凋亡指数明显升高 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :退变椎间盘软骨细胞凋亡数目增多可能是椎间盘退变的机理之一。
Objective: To study the apoptosis of the degener ated intervertebral disc cells.Methods:The model of rat degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc caused by imbalance between the dynamic and static force wa s established.The apoptosis cells of cervical intervertebral disc were assayed w ith transmission electron microscopy,TUNEL and flowcytometry.Results:There was t ypical apoptosis cells in degeneration cervical intervertebral disc.The apoptotic index was significant higher in the disc of each model group s compared with each control groups respectively ( P<0.01 ).The apoptotic inde x was significant higher in 5 and 7 months model group compared with 3 months mo del group.Conclusions:There are much more apoptotic cells in degeneration of cer vical intervertebral discs,and apoptosis plays an important role in its pathogen esis of disc degeneration.
