Support services at a distance provided by libraries are an important component in modern distance education.The digitization of resources and online services are the key to the library's support services offered at a distance. The university library should undertake the task of network resources development and construct a system to maintain modern distance education literature and information based on the digital library,thus becoming an open ‘study support services centre’and ‘literature and information centre’,and providing convenient and efficient support services for modern distance education.
