摘要 花生具有优质、高产、高效、养地、加工增值等综合经济优势,发展前景广阔。花生也是湖南发展最快的农作物之一,但市场、单产与面积的潜力依然巨大。抓住入世后国内外花生市场需求双旺的机遇和湖南推进工业化的契机,瞄准新兴市场,培育潜在特色市场,选育优质专用型品种,改革栽培技术,大力开展花生加工新技术研究与应用,推进产业化经营,可望将花生培植成湖南省新的经济增长点。 Peanut has extensive and good prospect with comprehensive economical advantages in respects of quality, yield, benefit, soil fertilization and processing value-adding. Although the development of peanut crop is one of the fastest crops, it has tremendous potentiality in market volume, unit yield and, planting area. Peanut industry will be raised to become a new economical growing source if we hold favorable marketing circumstances of China's entry of WTO and Hunan's advancing industrialization, aim at new and special market, breed exclusive varieties, reform cultural technology, develop and apply new processing crafts, promote industrializing management.
