添加剂对玉米秸秆青贮质量影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 玉米秸秆青贮是将含一定量水分的秸秆经微生物的发酵调制而成为饲料的方法。在青贮过程中可以加入某些添加剂,如:添加一些糖质原料和矿物质来促进微生物的繁殖;添加酸性物质促进有益菌的繁殖,抑制有害菌的繁殖,从而提高饲料的质量并缩短秸秆青贮的时间。本文采用甜菜、丙酸、食盐、乳酸菌作为玉米秸秆青贮的添加剂,确定了添加剂各自的最适添加量,同时使用,可提高饲料的质量,并使玉米秸秆青贮的时间缩短6 d。 Corn straw silage is the way producing foodstuff that corn straw containing water fermented by microorganism. In the process of silage, we can add some additive: sugar and mineral can promote propagation of microorganism, acid can accelerate the breeding of helpful germ and restrain the baneful. So additive can not only advance the quality of foodstuff but also shorten the time of silage. Sugar beet, propionic acid, common salt and lactobacillus were appended to the silage corn straw as additives. The proper quantities were gained through the study. We can also get that the time needed by the silage corn straw is shortened by six days if these additives are appended together.
