阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎

Effects of Azithromycin for mycoplasmal pneumonia

[背景 ]比较阿奇霉素及红霉素治疗在X线上以片状阴影为主要表现的小儿支原体肺炎的疗效 .[病例报告 ]将 6 2例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为 2组 ,治疗组静脉点滴阿奇霉素 7d ,对照组静脉点滴红霉素 7d后观察疗效 .结果 ,治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组 ,两组相比具有显著性差异 .[讨论 ]阿奇霉素治疗X线表现为片状阴影的支原体肺炎疗效显著 .

BACKGROUNDTo compare the therapeutic eff ec ts of Erythromycin and Azithromycin for mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia wit h pa tchy shadow in X-ray.CASE REPORT62 cases of mycoplasmal pne u moniae pneumonia in children were randomly divided into 2 groups of treatment an d control. The treatment group was treated with Azithromycin intravenous injecti on for 7 days and the control group was treated with Erythromycin i ntravenous injection for 7 days. The therapeutic effects of Azithromyein were b etter than that of Erythromycin and there was a significant difference between t he two groups.DISCUSSIONAzithromycin has obvious effects for mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia with p atchy shadow in X-ray.
