糖原累积病1例

One case of report of glycogenosis

[背景 ]糖原累积病较少见 .[病例报告 ]患儿 ,女 ,10岁 ,腹部进行性膨隆 9年 .B型超声波检查示肝弥漫性增大、双肾损害 ,心电图检查示异常心电图 ,经确诊后给予高糖饮食、保肝对症治疗 ,未愈出院 .[讨论 ]糖原累积病可结合临床表现、体格检查和实验室检查确诊 .

BACKGROUNDGlycogenosis is rare seen in c li nic.CASE REPORTThe patient is 10-year-old female who h ad t he progressive abdominal distention for 9 years. Abdominal B ultrasonic examinat ion was showed that the liver was diffusely extended and the parenchyma of doubl e kidneys was damaged, and electro cardiogram showed abnormal changes. After dia gnosis, the patient treated with high glucose diet, liver protection and expe ctant treatment and discharged with none cure.DISCUSSIONThe glycogenosis could be diagnosed by combining of clinical manifestation, somatosc opy and laboratory examination.na
