老年住院患者焦虑状态的调查及护理对策

Investigation and nursing countermeasures of anxious conditions in old patients

[背景 ]通过对老年住院患者焦虑状态的测评 ,探讨其相关的影响因素及护理对策 .[病例报告 ]在骨科住院的 70例老年患者中 ,男 38例 ,女 32例 ;年龄 6 0～ 75岁 ;92 %患者的焦虑自我评定量表得分高于 45分 ,女性的焦虑自我评定量表平均得分高于男性 ,手术前高于术后 .[讨论 ]焦虑是老年患者入院后的主要心理反应 ,与年龄、性别及手术前后等因素有关 ,提示护理人员应做好心理护理 ,减轻老年患者焦虑症状 ,使其配合治疗 .

BACKGROUNDTo study the related influenci ng element and nursing counter measure by detecting the old patient's anxious cond ition.CASE REPORTOf 70 cases of old patients, 38 cases were male, and 22 cases female, the rage of ages was from 60 to 75. 92% of patient's SAS exceeded was higher than 45, the SAS of female was higher than that of male and that of pre-operation was higher than that of post-operation.DI SCUSSIONAnxiousness is main psychological condition after admitted to hospital and is related to age and operation, it is suggesting that nurse should psychological nursing completely, fit operation and treatment.
