我院低年资住院医师规范化培训的实施

Standardized training of junior resident in hospital

[目的 ]通过对低年资住院医师实施科学化标准化的全面、全程培训 ,提高其整体素质 ,为医院造就高素质、高水平的医师队伍打下基础 .[方法 ]参照卫生部临床住院医师规范化培训的有关规定 ,结合我院实际 ,对低年资住院医师统一进行 2年大内科或大外科系统的轮转培训 .[结果 ]通过 2年系统的规范化培训 ,使低年资住院医师具备良好的医德医风和崇高的职业道德、掌握比较全面的基础理论知识和基本技能、熟悉本专科各种操作常规、学会科学研究基本方法和教学技能 ,达到了高年资住院医师的水平 .[结论 ]低年资住院医师的大轮转培训要注意规范化 ,更要注重质量 ,而保证质量的重要措施是抓好各种考核 .

OBJECTIVETo lay a foundation on bringing u p doctors of high quality for hospital, by carrying out scientific standardized training to junior residents.METHODSJunior residents receiv ed training of medical or surgery for 2 years, referring to stipulation of the Ministry of Health about standardized training to clinical residents and combini ng with our reality.RESULTSJunior residents had good profess ional morals and common practice, grasp more comprehensive basic knowledge and s kill, knew every operational routine of specialism well, attained basic methods of scientific research and teaching ability, reached to the level of senior resi dents.CONCLUSIONTraining of junior residents should be stand ardized, its quality should be emphasized,and important measure for insuring quality is to grasp every examination.
