摘要
分别选择健康SD雄性成年大鼠60只和36只进行慢性和急性镉染毒实验,均随机分成对照组(C组)、中剂量染毒组(M组)、高剂量染毒组(H组).慢性实验采用每天分别给C组、M组、H组饲喂含镉0、5、10mg/kg饲料的大鼠全价饲料,连续6周;急性实验分别按含镉0、0.5、1.0mg/kg体重腹腔注射染毒,连续7d.研究了镉染毒对大鼠血液红细胞免疫功能的影响.结果显示,经慢性染毒大鼠体重与对照组相比无明显差异,但急性染毒差异显著;慢性实验M和H组大鼠的RBC CR1花环率(%)从第2周起均显著低于C组,RBC-IC花环率(%)在第2~4周高于C组,且在第4周M组显著高于C组,以后M和H组均极显著低于C组;急性实验M和H组大鼠的RBC CR1花环率(%)和RBC IC花环率(%)与对照组比较均显著降低.提示镉染毒引起血液红细胞免疫功能低下.
Sixty and thirtysix healthy SD male rats used for chronic and acute Cadmium exposure experiments,respectively,were chosen and divided randomly into control group (group C),middle dose group (group M) and high dose group (group H).Group C,M and H were orally dosed daily with 0,5 and 10?mg with cadmium per kg feed over six weeks in chronic experiment; and intoxicated by abdominal injection of 0.0,0.5,1.0?mg with cadmium per kg body weight for a week in acute experiment,respectively.Effect of Cadmium Intoxication on blood red blood cell(RBC) immune function in rats was studied.The results showed that during the whole experimental period,Body weights of group C,M and H had no significant differences in chronic experiment,but group M and H were significantly low to group C in acute experiment.In chronic cadmium exposure experiment,RBCCR1 rosette rates(%) of group M and H were obviously lower than group C since the 2nd week,RBCIC rosette rates(%) superior to group C during the 2nd to 4th weeks except showing an apparent increase in group M in 4th week and then decreased significantly until the 6th week.As compared with group C,RBCCR1 rosette rates(%) and RBCIC rosette rates(%) dropped or did significantly in acute experiment.It was suggested that cadmium toxicity injuries conduced the defect of blood RBC immune function.
