摘要
XE12 0 1是瑞士XEMICS公司生产的超低功率单片无线收发器。该芯片工作在 30 0— 5 0 0MHz国际公用的ISM频段内。本文介绍了XE12 0 1的原理、特点与典型应用。
A ultra-low power integrated wireless transceiver chip, XE1201, have been developed by XEMICS corporation in Switzerland. This chip works between 300 and 500MHZ in international common ISM frequency band. This article introduce the principle , characteristic and typical application of XE1201.
