摘要
为制定氨化秸秆饲料质量评定标准 ,进行了氨化秸秆饲料的感官评定、化学分析和生物学饲养等试验。根据试验结果 ,并参考国内外有关资料 ,提出了氨化秸秆饲料感官评定法、化学分析法和生物技术法的评定指标 ,并制定了评定标准。认为生物技术法可较全面地鉴定饲料品质 ,将 4 8h瘤胃降解率作为评定指标 ,评定等级依据干物质降解率的百分点增加值确定 ,10~ 15为优秀 ,8~ 9为良好 ,5~
Wheat and rice straw, and maize stovers are the main by product of rural region. Nowadays more and more straw are used as the feed of ruminant after ammonization. But there is not a standard to evaluate quality of ammoniated straw feed. According to the research and the references from all over the world there are three methods to evaluate ammoniated straw quality can be used in work site or in laboratory including sensitive means, chemical and biological analysis. The chemical analysis method will be a comprehensive method, its index is 48 h rumen degradation rate of dry matter, according to the increased percentage points after ammonistion, it can be divided to: excellent(10 15), good(8 9), and pass(5 6).
