UHP电炉用新型干式打结料的应用

摘要 介绍了超高功率 (UHP)电炉干式打结料的侵蚀机理、技术要求及新型UHP电炉干式打结料的改进要点 ,以及研制的UHP电炉新型干式打结料在钢厂的实际应用情况。应用结果表明 :该打结料的开始烧结温度较低、烧结速度较快 ,能在较短的时间内形成高强度致密层 ;在使用过程中仅需简单热补或根本不用修补 ,大大缩短了炉子维修时间 ,降低了能耗 ;使用寿命较长。 Corrosion mechanism,technical requirement of dry ramming mix for ultra high power(UHP) electric arc furnaces(EAF) and the main improving points of the ramming mix are presented.The actual application of the new-developed dry ramming mix is also introduced.It is shown that:The ramming mix has low initial sintering temperature and high sintering speed,and a dense layer with high strength can be formed in a short time;The repairing time and the energy consumption were shorten greatly due to the convenient construction,and also,the ramming mix has a long service life.
