摘要 用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠 (SDS)改性的纳米TiO2 ,以不同掺杂比与 2 %壳聚糖醋酸溶液相混合 ,用流延法制得分散比较均匀的纳米复合膜 用FT IR ,XRD及TEM表征了其结构 ,并测试了透光率、水蒸汽透过率及力学性能 结果表明 :改性纳米TiO2 的大量表面羟基和壳聚糖分子之间有较强的氢键作用 ;纳米TiO2的适当加入有利于提高膜的抗水性 当纳米TiO2 的掺杂比为 1%时 ,复合膜的湿态抗张强度和抗水性分别为 2 7.2 5MPa和 45 .6 % ,与壳聚糖膜相比 ,分别提高了 40 %和 11.6 % . Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO 2) treated with anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) were dispersed into chitosan/acetic acid solution in different mass ratios to get composite films through solution cast technique. Composite films were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, TEM, UV and measurement of water permeability and mechanical properties. The results indicated that there were strong hydrogen bond reactions between chitosan and large amount of hydroxyl groups on the surface of titanium dioxide noparticles and proper ratio of titanium dioxide nanoparticles increased the water resistance of composite films. When mass percent of TiO 2 was 1%, the wet tensile strength and water resistance of the composite film were 27.25 MPa and 45.6% ,which increase by 40% and 11.6% respectively compared with chitosan film.
