摘要
目的引进并推荐美国疾病控制中心(CDC)实验室当前应用的过硫酸铵消化测定尿碘的方法。方法对引进的测定方法进行系统方法学评价,并与我国标准方法(氯酸法)进行比较研究。结果本方法的检测范围为0~300μg/L,最低检测浓度为4.4μg/L;检测结果重复性好,准确度高(测定结果的变异系数均<5%,平均回收率为98%以上,测定国家冻干人尿碘标准物,其相对偏差<5%);本方法测定结果与国家标准方法具有高度相关性和一致性。结论本方法是一种灵敏、准确、简便易操作的测定尿碘的好方法。
Objective To introduce a method for measuring urine iodine with am monium persulfate digestion that was modified and being applied by the laborator y of CDC,USA.Methods Methodological assessment and comparisons of this method wi th the national standard-chloric acid method were conducted in our lab.Results The results showed:(1)satisfied detection range of 0 to 300 ìg/L and the lowest detected limit of 4.4 ìg/L;(2)higher precision and accuracy with coefficients of variation(CV) less than 5%,and a mean recovery more than 98%in testing urin e samples with different levels of iodine;(3)lower bias of less than 5%in testi ng national standard material of urine iodine;(4)significant correlation and con sistency between two methods.Conclusions We prefer to recommend this method as a sensitive,accurate and easier to be performed method for measuring iodine in ur ine.
