大骨节病对股骨头软骨胶原含量影响的实验研究

Experimental study on the effect of KBD on the contents of femoral cartilage collagen

对正常国人年龄19～28岁新鲜男性尸体8个股骨头软骨和大骨节病人年龄20岁新鲜尸体股骨头进行胶原含量测定,得出了正常对照组和病态组的胶原含量值。实验结果表明正常对照组股骨头软骨的胶原含量值显著大于病态组,同时对实验结果进行了分析讨论。

We measured the quantities of femoral cartilage collagen of the no rmal group that was got from the normal fresh male corpse of our country and the morbid group that was got from the fresh corpse(with KBD). The contents of coll agen of the two groups were determined.The experimental results showed that the contents of the normal group were significantly more than the morbid group.Final ly,the test results were discussed and analyzed .
