This paper presents principal construction design and working principle of the test bench. The software has multiple functions, such as automatic testing, data acquisition, store, processing, curve plotting and printing, etc.The emergency locking property testing bench for motor vehicle safety belts is used to check and assess the emergency locking property of a safety belt instantly.
