摘要
在推进高校改革和发展的实践中 ,必须按“三个代表”的要求 ,解放思想 ,求真务实 ,全面思考 2 1世纪高等师范教育中领导班子建设、师资队伍建设、学生素质教育、后勤保障等方面的新情况、新问题 。
In the practice of pushing ahead with the reform and development of universities and colleges,we should,on the basis of the “Three Embodies”,emancipate the mind,seek objective laws and deal with concrete matters,and at the same time,comprehensively consider the new situation,the new problems,and try to find some new ways in respect to the construction of leading group,teacher-training,improving the quality of students and rear-service guarantee.
