摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病及合并高血脂患者体内游离脂肪酸(FFA)的变化,并和健康人作比较。分析FFA与血糖和各血脂指标之间的相关性。方法采用日立7170A全自动生化分析检测GLU、TG、CHO、HDL-C、LP(a)、FFA。FFA试剂采用日本第一化学药品株式会社的试剂盒。结果FFA在对照组、糖尿病组及合并高血脂组间有显著性差异,而两疾病组间无显著性差异。在健康老年组和糖尿病组,FFA与各项指标均不相关。糖尿病合并高血脂组中,FFA与CHO呈极显著正相关,与HDL-C表现为极显著负相关;GLU和HDL-C表现为负相关。结论结果显示FFA的代谢,在2型糖尿病发病过程中起到了非常重要的作用。
Objective To study the changes of free fatty acid(FFA)in aged pa-tients with diabetes mellitus comblicated by hyperlipidemia in comparison with those of normal controls and analyze the correlation of FFA to blood sugar and blood lipids.Method Determination of GLU,TG,CHO,HDL-C,LP(a)and FFA was performed with Hitachi 7170A automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results The concentration of FFA in aged patients with type2diabetes mellitus and such patients comllicated by hyperlipi-demia were significantly higher than those in normal controls.There was no significant difference in two groups of aged patients with diabetes mellitus.In controls and aged diabetic patients,no correlation was noted between indices of FFA and GLU,TG,CHO,HDL-C,LP (a).In aged diabetic patients complicated by hyperlipidemia,but is was shown a very significant positive correlation between FFA and CHO and a very signifi-cant negative correlation between FFA and HDL-C.There was significant negative corre-lation between GLU and HDL-C.Conclusion The results show that the metabolism of FFA plays an important role in pathogenesis of type2diabetes mellitus.
