血清分离胶对生化指标测定的临床应用研究

Clinical application of biochemical assay with serum separating medium

目的本文主要通过比较血清分离胶对12项生化指标测定结果的影响及其检测结果稳定性的动态分析,广泛提高血清分离胶在临床检验工作中的使用率。方法采用血清分离胶真空采血管(检测组)与传统的普通玻璃采血管(对照组)进行随机采样,采集同一供血者血样标本,观察血清分离时间及其离心情况;并对12项生化指标测定结果分析比较;同时对检测结果的稳定性分析比较。结果血清分离胶真空采血管能明显缩短了血清析出时间,检测组与对照组血清生化指标测定结果经统计学处理比较均无显著性差异(t检验,P>0.05),表明分离胶的加入不影响血清各成份的含量;添加分离胶能有效的将血球与血清隔离,0小时测定结果与4℃放置24小时、48小时测定结果经统计学处理比较无显著性差异(t检验,P>0.05)。结论血清分离胶可用于对非抗凝血标本的血清分离,可以保持被分离血清各成份的性状,并且还可以保持血清各成份的稳定性,在临床检验中有很广泛的用途。

Objective To analyze the stability and effect of serum separating medium on12biochemical indices,the purpose of raising the rate of their utility in clinical laboratory.Methods Compare l the of results using12biochemical tests that the serum separating medium test(testing-group)with the tradition al method in blood sam-pling.Results The serum separating medium shortened the serum separating-time.Com-paring the results of the two groups statistically(t-test,P>0.05)indicated that the serum separating medium didn't affect the serum components.and that it could separate blood-cell from the serum,placed in4℃0hour and for24hours,48hours without statistical difference(t-test,P>0.05).Conclusions The serum separating medium used for non-anticoagulative serum can keep the stability of all kinds of components in serum,It may be widely used in clinical examinations.
