一种独特的凋亡诱导因子—凋亡素

摘要 凋亡素是鸡贫血病毒 (chickenanemiavirus,CAV)的一个功能性蛋白。近几年来 ,由于其独特的凋亡诱导效应而倍受人们重视。凋亡素是以P5 3非依赖性途径诱导凋亡的 ,并且不受凋亡抑制蛋白Bcl- 2的抑制 ,相反Bcl- 2的过表达对其凋亡效应还有促进作用 ;它能选择性地诱导肿瘤细胞或转化表型细胞的凋亡 ,而对正常的二倍体细胞无影响。
