武钢轧板厂二辊轧机多次发生老印断辊现象，本文对这种典型断辊现象的产生机理及影响因素进行分析，提出采取控制辊面热应力以及加强监测，控制裂纹深度等措施，可基本解决或减轻二辊轧机断辊事故的发生。

For the dual mill of the Plate Mill Plant, roll breakage on the old marks is a common occurrence. Investigation is made of its mechanism and influential factors in the paper. To fight the roll breakage, some practical measures are pre- sented, Including control of heat stress on roll surface, inspection of crack depth etc.
