环境中邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯的雌激素生物活性 被引量:35

摘要 为明确邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯在环境中雌激素效应,采用体内小鼠子宫增重方法,检测出其雌激素活性,结果表明:低剂量下的BBP无雌激素活性,剂量为8uL(8.96mg)时,小鼠子宫增重比较明显,显示出了雌激素活性,但当剂量增大到16uL(17.92mg)、32uL(35.84mg)时,小鼠子宫增重非常明显,增大的程度近乎于1ug雌二醇,特别是当剂量为64uL(71.68mg)时,其子宫增大的程度却超过了雌二醇。试验结果充分表明:BBP在外似非常安全的剂量下具有显性的雌激素活性。 Butylbenzyl phthalate is widely used in daily lives. In order to clarify the toxicity and estrogenic effect of Butylbenzyl phthalate in environment, the LD50 of acute toxicity test is mensurated to be 10.2g/kg. Estrogenic activity is detected by in vivo uterine weight method in mice. The result indicates that Butylbenzyl phthalate of lower dose displays no estrogenic activity. When dose of Butylbenzyl phthalate is 8uL (8.96mg) the weight of mice uteri has a comparatively obvious augment, which shows estrogenic activity. The weight of mice uteri increases prominently with the dose of Butylbenzyl phthalate increasing to 16uL (17.92mg) and 32uL (35.84mg), the effect of which is approximately equal to that of dihydrotheelin of 1ug, even greater than it when it reaches to 64uL (71.68mg). The result of the test proves that Butylbenzyl phthalate of ostensibly safe dose has dominantly estrogenic activity.
