介绍了在已有试验研究成果及设计经验基础上起草的《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB5 0 0 1 0— 2 0 0 2 )新增抗震及非抗震框架顶层端节点有关条文的背景情况 ,并提出了应用这些条文的相应建议 。

Based on experiences and the testing results,the relevant provisions on seismic and nonseismic for the exterior joints in top story of RC frames is added in Code for Design of Concrete Structures (GB50010—2002). For engineer to understanding and using the provisions,the background of the works is introduced.
