摘要
用毛细管流变仪对PVC/ABS共混体系的流变性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,该体系的流动符合假塑性流体的流动规律。当ABS含量为 0~ 5 0 %时 ,共混体系的表观粘度随ABS的含量的增加而降低 ;当ABS的含量大于 5 0 %时 ,共混体系的表观粘度变化不大。同时ABS的种类和PVC相对分子质量的大小也影响共混物的表观粘度。
By using capillary rheometer, the rheological properties of the PVC/ABS blends were studied. The results proved that the flowability of the system obeyed the law of pseudoplastic fluid. The blend melt viscosity was decreased with increasing ABS content when ABS content was 0~50 % ; while ABS content was over 50 wt% the melt viscosity changed a little.Molecular weight of PVC and different grade of ABS affected the viscosity of the blends, too.
