摘要
提出了一种全新的电压驱动同步整流器 ,其同步整流管的驱动电压耦合自输出滤波电感电压 ,具有创新性。该驱动方式不仅解决了以往电压驱动同步整流器中续流管的体二极管在死区时间内的导通问题 ,而且可以优化同步整流管的驱动电压波形 ,因而可在极大地降低整流损耗的同时 ,有效地降低驱动损耗 ,显著地提高了变换器的效率。
This paper advances a novel voltage driven synchronous rectifier (SR) in which driving voltage is coupled from output filter voltage. The driving method not only deals with body diode conduction of freewheel SR in dead time in conventional voltage driven synchronous rectifier, but also optimizes driving voltage waveforms of SR. So conversion efficiency is greatly improved while rectifying dissipation and so driving power loss are decreased simultaneously. Experimental results verify that the novel voltage driven SR with proposed driving method could improve conversion efficiency greatly.
