摘要
由电力电子装置引起的电磁干扰已成为电磁兼容研究的一个热点 ,如何准确地预测这些装置在电网端引起的干扰是一个难点。根据电力电子器件产生干扰的原理 ,首先对整流桥的干扰产生机理进行了分析 ,并结合测试作出了干扰等效电路 ,然后利用简单的频域模型 ,对三相整流桥在电网侧产生的差模传导干扰进行了计算 ,并与实验结果进行了比较 ,实验验证了这种计算方法的有效性。
The EMI generated by power electronics equipment becomes a very serious problem. How to calculate this interference is a difficult problem in EMC research. In this paper, a 3 phase rectifier is studied. First, the mechanism of the noise emission is described. Then a simple noise equivalent circuit is proposed. According to this equivalent circuit, the EMI spectrum can be easily obtained in the frequency domain. The calculated spectrum is compared with the experiment results. The comparison shows the validity of this method.
