常减压蒸馏装置长周期运行的技术措施 被引量:2

摘要 中国石油大庆分公司炼油厂二套常减压蒸馏装置采用先进控制技术 ,机泵的电动机采用变频调速技术 ,减压塔顶抽真空系统采用新型高效真空喷射泵等措施 ,使装置操作平稳率提高 ,设备故障率降低 ;原油电脱盐装置在注破乳剂的基础上加注脱盐剂 ,高温减压渣油系统加注防垢剂 ,使换热网络高效平稳运行 ,装置能耗降低 ;采用新型环保型燃烧器 ,将减压塔顶释放气引入加热炉燃烧 ,改造污水隔油池 ,在加热炉内壁喷涂高铝纤维等措施 ,使生产、生活环境得到改善 ,使装置实现了连续安全、平稳、高效运行 In order to realize long period running of the second atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Daqing Company, the measures have been taken as follows: (1) Adopting advanced control technology and variable frequency control for pump motors. Vacuum jet with high efficiency has been used in vacuum tower top vacuum pumping system. Operation stability has been increased and accident rate of the equipment has been reduced. (2) Both demulsifier and desalter were injected in crude desalting unit, and anti-fouling agent was added in the high temperature vacuum residue distillation system to make the heat exchange network run efficiently and stably with low energy consumption. (3) Manufacturing and living environments have been improved by adopting a new type of gas burner in the vacuum tower top, injecting high aluminum fiber in the heater's inner wall and revamping oil interceptor. With all the above measures as well as scientific and standardized management, the unit has been able to run continuously and stably for 1165 days.
