多应用集成的原油混炼操作支持系统 被引量:4

摘要 炼油厂加工的原油性质差别很大 ,而市场要求产品结构变化很快 ,这就要求炼油厂对这些变化有较强的适应能力。基于AspenPlus等多个应用软件开发了原油混炼操作支持系统。实例系统的稳态模拟与实际测量值误差在 5 %以内 。 Since there is a large difference between crude properties and product slate changes very fast to meet the requirement of market, refineries must have strong adaptability to the corresponding changes. An operation support system of crude blend refining has been developed on the basis of Aspen Plus and other application softwares. The error between steady state simulation of practical system and the actual measure value is under 5%. So the system is reliable and it provides a quick operation analysis support for practical production.
