内混式气动雾化燃料油喷嘴的设计与试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对炼油厂加热炉中燃烧器以重油(通常为渣油)工作的情况,设计和试验研究了一种新型内混式气动雾化燃料油喷嘴,取得了有很好应用价值的喷嘴设计用试验数据。研究结果表明,合理选择这种喷嘴结构形式、几何尺寸、喷嘴混合腔压力以及气液质量比的方法可以同时得出很好的雾化细度以及要求的火焰长度(刚度)。所设计的喷嘴已投入工业应用,并在常减压加热炉取得5%左右的节油效果。 An internal mixing pneumatic nozzle for heavy fuel oil application in the furnaces in refinery was studied and designed. Test data were obtained which can be used for the design of the said nozzle. By proper choosing the configuration and geometrical dimensions of the nozzle as well as choosing suitable values for mixing chamber pressure and gas/liquid ratio, it was possible to have very fine spray and desirable flame length. The said nozzle has been put into industrial operation, comparing with the original nozzle, the fuel oil consumption dropped about 5 percentages used in the furnaces of the crude atmospheric and vacuum distillation.
