摘要
住宅抵押贷款证券化是我国住宅抵押贷款发展的必然趋势 ,通过对美国住宅抵押贷款证券化运作模式的主要特征进行详细分析 。
There is a general trend in China that house mortgage loan is gradually converted into securities.In this article,the author analyzes in detail the main features of US mortgage loan that has been converted into securities,and arrives at a conclusion that we should get some revelation and apply it into our system of house mortgage loan.
