肝移植术后并发症的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Post-liver-transplantation Complications

目的 探讨肝移植术后并发症的诊断与治疗。方法 回顾性分析 3例原位肝移植病人术后并发症的诊治情况 ,结合复习文献。结果 本组病人术后并发症包括 :急性排异反应、胆管狭窄、肺感染等。第 1例术后 30d死亡 ,第 2例术后 2 5 4d死于肺感染 ,第 3例存活已近 2年。结论 合理的防治措施能有效减少肝移植术后并发症的发生 ,对于肝移植术后并发症的及时诊断、正确处理 。

Objective To investigate the experience of diagnosis and treatment of post-liver-transplantation complications.Method The clinical data of diagnosis and treatment of post-liver-transplantation complications in 3 cases were discussed retrospectively.Results Complications following liver transplantation included acute rejection,stricture of bile duct and pulmonary infection.The first one died on the 30th day after operation,the second one died from severe pulmonary infection on the 254th post operative day and the last one are alive for 2 years till now.Conclusion Proper prevetion and management can effectively reduce postoperative complications.Timely diagnosis and suitable therapy would improve the result of liver transplantation.
