中西医结合治疗冠心病并发心功能不全

Combination Treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine on Coronary Heart Disease combined with Cardiac Dysfunction

目的 观察分析采用中西药配合协同对冠心病并发心功能不全治疗。方法 采用硝酸甘油和葛根素注射液静滴 ,配合山海丹胶囊口服治疗冠心病并发心功能不全病人 32例。结果 疗效满意 ,总有效率为97% ,安全性高 ,不良反应少。结论 采用中西医综合治疗该病是针对冠心病并发心功能不全病理及发病机制的各个环节 ,明显改善心肌供血 ,降低心肌耗氧 ,减少心肌损伤 ,故取得较好疗效 。

Objective To observe and analyze the Chinese and Western treatment on coronary heart disease (CHD) combined with cardiac dysfunction. Methods The 32 cases of CHD patient were treated with nitroglycerin and kakonein injection combined with Shanhaidan capsule. Results The total efficiency is 97% with good security and few second responses. Conclusion Combination of TCM and western medicine treatment could be aiming at pathology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease with heart function deficiency, ameliorating myocardium blood accommodation, lowering oxygen consumption.
