SLeX和p16基因表达与甲状腺乳头状腺癌侵袭转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨甲状腺乳头状腺癌 (PTC)组织中唾液酸化的路易斯 X(SialylLewis X ,SLeX)和 p16基因表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系。 方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测 46例PTC组织中SLeX和 p16基因的表达。  结果 在PTC中 ,SLeX和 p16表达阳性率分别为 69 6%和 5 8 7% ,SLeX表达阳性率与PTC的侵袭转移呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;p16基因表达阳性率与PTC的侵袭转移呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 SLeX和 p16基因的表达与PTC侵袭转移密切相关 。 Objective To investigate the correlation of expressions of sialyl Lewis X(SLeX)and p16 gene with the potentials of invasion and metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoam(PTC). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect SLeX and p16 gene protein expressions in 46 cases of PTC. Results The positivities of SLeX and p16 in PTC were 69.6% and 58.7% respectively.There was a positive correlation between SLeX expression and the tumor invasive and metastasic potential in PTC( P <0 05);a negative correlation was noted between p16 expression and these two potentials ( P <0.05). Conclusions Expressions of SLeX and p16 gene were closely correlated with the invasion and metastasis in PTC.SLeX and p16 migt be considered as prognostic indicatiors for PTC.
