补充牛磺酸对大鼠脂质代谢及神经递质作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究补充不同水平的牛磺酸对大鼠脂质代谢及神经递质的影响。方法  3 2只断乳雌性SD大鼠 ,经基础饲料适应性饲喂 1周后 ,按体重及血浆总胆固醇水平基本一致的原则分为 4组 :对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组。对照组为基础饲料组 ,实验组在基础饲料中分别补充 0 6%、 1 3 5 %和 3 0 %的牛磺酸 ,实验持续 5周后处死 ,检测脂质代谢及神经递质指标。结果 补充不同水平的牛磺酸对大鼠脂质代谢指标影响不同 ,补充 0 6%的牛磺酸可明显降低血浆TC、LDL -C ,补充 3 0 %的牛磺酸在降低肝脏TC的基础上升高Apo -AI效果最好 ;饲料中补充牛磺酸可以提高大鼠脑牛磺酸及蛋白质的积累水平 ,同时增加NO、AChE的水平 ,而抑制 5 -HT和 5 -HIAA水平。结论 补充不同水平的牛磺酸对大鼠脂质代谢指标的影响不同 。 Objective This study is to explore the effects of different concentrations of taurine on lipid metabolism and neurotransmitters in growing rats Methods After a week's feeding on a standard diet,thirty-two female weanling SD strain rats(70-100 g)were divided into four groups:one control group and three treated groups The control group was fed with a standard diet,while the three treated groups were fed one of standard diets incorporated with taurine at the concentrations of 0 6%,1 35%,or 3 0% respectively Results There were different effects in lipid metabolism at different concentrations of taurine:0 6% taurine lowered TC,LDL_C and TG significantly,3 0% taurine lowered TC of liver and increased Apo-AI Replenishing taurine in feed increased taurine and protein in the rat's brain At the same time,taurine increased NO and AchE,but restrained 5-HT and 5-HIAA Conclusion Replenishing taurine at different concentrations in feed brought different effects in lipid metabolism In addition,taurine could adjust the level of neurotransmitters
