摘要
针对新形势下大学发展面临的几个关键问题,如大学定位与办学理念、大学的水平与评估、大学的氛围与大师、大学的人才培养模式、大学的经营和管理等展开了讨论,既分析了目前存在的问题和问题的根源,又对解决问题的出路提出了作者自己的观点。
Confronted with several key issues for the development of universities under the new situation, the paper has dealt with university's positioning, school running idea, atmosphere for forming famous faculty, cultivating mode of talented people, operation, management, etc., with viewpoints of the author presented concerning not only the analysis of the problems at present and their causes but also the way out for tackling them.
