挤压伤大鼠模型早期心脏损伤及其与心脏内皮素、心钠素、心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ的关系

摘要 目的 观察挤压伤大鼠早期心电图及心脏内皮素-1(ET-1)、心钠素(ANP),血清ANP及心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)的动态变化。方法:复制挤压伤大鼠动物模型,标准Ⅱ导联记录心电图,化学发光法检测血清cTnI水平,放射免疫法检测血清ANP和心脏组织ET-1、ANP含量。结果 挤压伤后大鼠心电图ST段明显抬高,心率显著下降,同时,心脏ET-1、ANP含量明显下降,血清ANP、cTnI则明显升高,这些变化持续24h以上。结论 挤压伤大鼠早期存在心肌细胞损伤,这种损伤可能有ET-1、ANP的参与。 Objective To observe the changes of electrocardiogram and cardiac endothelin -1 (ET-1) , atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) contents and the levels of serum CK, CK-MB and cardiac troponin I(cTnl) in crush injury rats. Methods Crush injury was produced in Sprague -Dawley rats. The changes of electrocardiogram were recorded with the standard I; The serum levels of CK, CK, MB and cardiac troponin I, the cardiac ET -1 and ANP contents were studied by automated biochemical analyzer, automated chemiluminescence assay and radioimmunoas-say respectively. Results The ST segment elevated and the heart rate decreased considerably after crush injury, the cardiac ET-1 and ANP contents were much lower and the levels of serum CK, CK -MB and cTnl were much higher than those of the control groupes. Conclusion Cardiomyocyte injury was induced and ET-1, ANP may play some role on it in the early phase of crush injury.
