舒喘灵降低慢性肾功能不全病人卡托普利引起的高血钾浓度

Salbutamol Treating Hypercalcemia Induced by Captopril in Chronic Renal Failure Patients

目的 探讨β～肾上腺素能兴奋剂(舒喘灵)对慢性肾功能不全(CRF)病人使用卡托普利所致高血钾的作用。方法 40例用卡托普利控制血压的CRF病人随机分为两组,实验组20例,合并口服舒喘灵2 mg,每2次/d。另外20例为对照组,所有病人均在用药后1、2、3、4周测血钾。结果 实验组病人血钾浓度稳定,对照组病人血钾升高明显高于实验组(P<0.01)。结论 舒喘灵可降低CRF病人使用卡托普利所致的高血钾。

Objective To explore the effect of Salbutamol on CRF patients' hypercalcemia induced by using captopril. Methods 40 CRF patients treated with captopril to control blood pressure were randomly divided into 2 groups of control group(20 cases) and experiment group(20 cases) which was treated with 2mg/12h Sambutamol. The kalemia content of all the patients were taken in the 1w, 2w, 3w, and 4w. Results Kalemia concentration of Sambutamol group was stable but that of the control group increased obviously(P<0.01) . Conclusion Sambutamol can decrease hypercalcemia in CRF patients induced by captopril.
