In this paper, a necessary condition on existence of non-trival solution for the quasi-linear equatinos(-Δ pu=λ 1|u| p-2 u+|u| p *-2 u)with the first eigenvalue(λ 1) of the p-Laplacian, involving the critial Sobolev exponents, was given.
