摘要
无线局域网是通过无线电波传播 ,在ISM的 2 .4GHz或 5GHz频段上工作 ,无线局域网的设计主要包括以下内容 :拓扑结构的选择、无线链路的考察、无线网络组件的确定、产品的选择、无线覆盖区域及适宜的AP位置确定。
WLAN using radio waves works at the ISM frequency band of 2.4GHz or 5 GHz.The design of a WLAN has following issues:selecting the network topologies,studying the types of wireless channel,determining the network componets and products,determing the reliable coverage and the correct BS placement,assigning the wireless channel,and so on.
