摘要
本文介绍了劳勒的公平感综合模型、亚当斯公平理论和中国学者在公平理论方面的研究。分析公平理论在实用性上存在的问题,指出了应用公平理论、有效激发职工工作积极性所应采取的措施。
This article introduces the generalized model of equity sense developed by Mr. E·Lawler, the equity theory of Mr. Adams and the study on equity theory by Chinese scholars. By analyzing major aspects concerning the practicability of the equity theory, the article proposes how to apply the equity theory to inspire employee incentives.
