在后工业化时代,"知识"将替代设备、劳动、原料等传统的生产要素,成为企业价值创造和竞争优势的可持续来源。因此知识管理必然会植根于企业组织内,成为其日常管理必不可少的一部分。于是几乎等同于CEO、CFO的企业高级管理职位的CKO———知识主管(ChiefKnowledgeOfficer)便应运而生了。本文主要讲述了CKO的产生背景、自身特点及其相关工作内容。
Knowledge, which will replace the traditional production factors, will become the sustainable resource of enterprises in the post-industrialization age. So knowledge management will certainly root in the enterprises and become an indispensable part of daily management. And then another senior manager-Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO), who is equal to CEO and CFO, will emerge as the time requires.
