企业技术创新能力评价指标体系探讨

Inquiry into the system of evaluation indexes of enterprise's technology innovation capability

根据技术创新能力的特征,本文提出了由五个一级指标、二十个二级指标构成的企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,同时引用模糊数学的方法,对该指标体系进行了实际应用。

According to the features of the technology innovation capability, this thesis put forward a system of evaluation indexes of the enterprises technology innovation capability. The system consists of five indexes in the first level and twenty indexes in the second level. Moreover, this index system is put into practical use by fuzzy mathematics. 
