储纬器定长方法的研究

Discussion on Filling Length Determinations of Weft Accumulator

分析了IWF 84 0 7型和ROJ Elf型两种储纬器的定长方法 ,比较了各自的优缺点 ,提出在不改变储纱鼓直径条件下提高引纬定长精度的三种方法 :增加电磁针数量、废边纱右侧增设探纬器、测量纬纱引入速度。

The filling insertion length determinations of two weft accumulators, IWF8407 and ROJ Elf, are analyzed, and the disadvantages and advantages of the two accumulators are compared. In the case without changing the drum diameter of weft accumulator, three determination methods to raise the filling insertion length accuracy are put forward--to increase electromagnetic needles, to add weft detector on the right side of waste edge warp and to measure the filling insertion speed.
