The Formula Design for Interior Coating of Crown Caps and Its Properties Evaluation

The formula for interior coating of crown caps used in beer and beverage glass contains was discussed. Good adhesion between tinplate and polyvinyl chloride liner was obtained. The stability in application was also obtained by using modified polyvinyl chloride resin, epoxy phenol resin and suitable solvents. The property of interior coating was influenced by solvent system and conditions of application and equipment. And the determination of coated tinplate was suggested.
