摘要
目的:了解我院开展用药咨询工作的情况,以便更好地开展此项工作。方法:选取1994年—12001年具有完整记录的药物咨询登记共4510例,按照咨询者的年龄、性别、科别、咨询内容及药物类型、答复率分别进行统计。结果:咨询者50岁以上的共3048例,占总数的67.58%;通过血药浓度监测和门诊病人用药咨询的约占咨询总数的73%;心血管内科和神经内科的咨询数均超出了总数的20%;咨询内容排在前3位的是药物相互作用、推荐用药和药物名称或成分,分别占咨询总数的31.51%、21.04%和16.83%;循环系统、中枢神经系统和抗感染药的咨询数分别达到了24.19%、21.20%和19.91%。结论:合理用药咨询对指导病人安全、有效、经济地使用药物具有重要意义。
Objective To indicate the necessity and signif icance of rational drug use by invest igate and analyze the con-dit ions of 4510consulting in the con sulting certer of rational drug use i n ou r hospital.Metho ds 4510integral registers of drug consulting from 199 4to 2001wer e investigated and analyzed accordi ng to the age and faculty o f consulter ,the origin and content of consultation,drug sort.Results3048 or 67.58%was upwards of fifty in consulter;percent of consultation accord ing to drug concentation in bl ood and outpatients was 73.02;perce nt of c onsultation in cardiovasular internal medicine and nerval internal medicine was upw ards to 20;percent of content of cons ultation in drug interaction;peco m mendation of drug use and drug name or ingredient w as 31.51,21.04 and 16.83;percent of drug cons ulation in circulation system,nerve centre system and anti-infection dr ug was 24.19,21.20and 19.91.Co nclusio n It took on important signification t o drug consultation for guiding p atients t o use drugs safety,effectively and economically.
