摘要
根据国内输血医学发展水平及军队医院医疗实际，结合输血工作经验，探讨建立临床输血会诊制度的必要性及相关方法，以提高输注治疗水平，最大限度地降低输血风险，节省输血费用，取得良好的社会及经济效益。
Based on the cu rrent development of b lood transfusion at home and abroad a nd with the conside ration of actual situation of army hospital an d the author ' s experience in b lood transfusion,the author tries to explore the neces sity of establishing cl inical consultatio n system for blood transfusion and re levant methods ,so as to improve the curative effect o f blood transfusion,minimize the risk of blood transfusi on,save the cost and to achieve good soci al economic benefits.
